Up for auction is this Citizen Floating Face Clock. This is an ultra-modern design that features a transparent acrylic clock face that measures about 6 inches in diameter. It's made of plastic in clear and gold tones. "Citizen Quartz" is printed in gold on the face. The clock is in excellent cosmetic condition and is keeping time very accurately. It has a hairline crack in the base near the battery compartment.

The clock is driven by a quartz movement powered by a single AA battery in the rounded part of the base. The hours are marked with gold colored dots. On the back edge of the base it's marked "No. 4RG419 Japan". On the bottom is a paper label that's marked "Citizen" and "8057L".

After an extensive search across the Internet and on eBay, I have been unable to find another example of this clock. This suggests to me that's it's a pretty scarce model.
