Three Childrens Nursery Rhyme Books

You're viewing a lot three of children's nursery rhyme books illustrated by three of the great children book illustrators. Included is:

"Mrs. Henny-Ben," by Betty Bell Rea. Published in 1937 by Saalfield Pub. Co. in Akron, Ohio. It features full page color illustrations, one double page color illustration and black and white illustrations printed on a canvas textured paper. It measures 10½ x 14½ inches. Shows significant wear on outside soft covers, including one tear about 1½ inches long. Corners show a little wear. Inside colors are strong and in excellent condition. Penciled inscription on back cover and inside back page could be removed if desired.

"Three Little Kittens Have Lost Their Mittens," by Fern Bisel Peat. Published in 1931 by Saalfield Pub. Co. in Akron, Ohio. It features 12 full page color illustrations printed on stiff paper, 10½ x 13 inches. Very light foxing. Color printing is still quite strong. Significant wear to cover, minor edge tears on some pages. Center pair of pages have pulled loose from stapled folio.

"The Three Bears," by Milo Winter. Published in 1937 by Merrill Publishing co. in Chicago, Illinois. Pages measure 9¾ x 13 inches. 14 full page color illustrations with strong colors printed on linen textured paper. Condition is very good. Some wear to the cover and corners, with some small dog ears on the lower corners of the pages. Cover has inscription with ink on one side.
