Up for sale is "The Marble Faun," by Nathaniel Hawthorne. Published in Grosset and Dunlap’s Popular Series of Standard Books. This is a hardcover book with a dust jacket. The blue cloth cover features black lettering and black and red decoration on the front and spine. The book’s condition is very good. The binding is tight and the pages are clean. There's a number penciled lightly on the first inside page.

The dust jacket is printed in green on a buff colored paper which shows significant fraying at the top and bottom edges. There’s also a slight crease near the bottom on the front of the dust jacket.

I was unable to find a publishing date for this book, but I think the series was in print from about 1906 to 1916.
